Hello! It’s so nice to meet you!I’m a registered dietitian/nutritionist who specializes in women’s health, weight management, diabetes and cardiovascular disease prevention. Confession: I love all food, except beets, and turnips, which taste like dirt, and if I had it my way, I’d live on just sweets. I know, from experience, that there’s no such a thing as one-diet-fit all approach to wellness.

My philosophy centers around a holistic, personalized approach to health and healing, which involves the use of whole foods (of course!), tailored supplements, and mind-body modalities. I’m also a mother of a grown daughter (and son), with enough years of personal, and professional experience that I’ve seen or experienced most of the issues that surround all aspects of women’s health.

I love to shop at the farmer’s market and play in my kitchen, and I’m passionate about how good food and a healthy lifestyle can make and keep you well. I hope I can inspire you to cook, cook, eat, and live a healthier lifestyle. Please drop me a line if you have a question, or if I can help with your journey toward better health and a more vital life!
